Job Requirements of Parts Coordinator:
- Minimum of a high school education
- Previous experience or training in motor vehicle parts is required
- Excellent communication and attitude with customers
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a customer service capacity and possess the ability to read blueprints and have an understanding of motor vehicle parts. Exceptional organizational, computer and communication skills, in combination with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment are essential. Related post-secondary education and/or a background in agricultural equipment parts are definite assets. Knowledge of EZ Parts system or other parts order program is preferred.

Parts Coordinator
Buhler Versatile Inc., a leading and growing manufacturer of farm equipment, is currently accepting applications for a Service Parts Order Coordinator. In this role you will be taking parts orders from our tractor dealers and equipment owners. Familiarity with farm tractors is a huge asset.
● Take calls and assist Dealers with parts orders
● Determine availability, providing pricing, complete appropriate paperwork, coordinate shipping, and resolve any related questions or discrepancies
● Process returns
● Other related administrative functions as assigned
● Utilize computer system for parts orders
