Quality Assurance Line Inspector

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Line Inspector to join our team. As part of the Quality Department, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Welding Inspector will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all quality control measures are adhered to.

Responsibilities

· Conduct regular quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.

· Utilize tools such as calipers and gauges to measure product dimensions and specifications.

· Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings.

· Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues.

· Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.

· Assist in the development and refinement of quality assurance protocols and procedures.

· Participate in internal audits and support compliance with QA/QC standards.

· Fabricate test samples as needed for validation purposes.


Job Requirements:

Qualifications

· Experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge of welding and Welding inspection is a definite asset.

· Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, including data collection and analysis techniques.

· Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.

· Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.

· Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
