Quality Assurance Line Inspector

We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are currently looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Line Inspector with welding knowledge to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of welding processes, and a passion for ensuring quality, we would love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Utilize tools such as calipers and gauges to measure product dimensions and specifications.
  • Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in internal audits and support compliance with QA/QC standards.
  • Fabricate test samples as needed for validation purposes.
  • Identify and document defects or discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the production team to address quality concerns and ensure proper implementation of corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality checks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.



Job Requirements:


Qualifications:

  • Quality Assurance education or training is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Line Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, including data collection and analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Knowledge of welding is an additional asset.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
