Job Requirements of Parts Analyst:
Qualifications
· Diploma or certificate in engineering or mechanical related discipline preferred.
· Relevant experience in a parts environment
· Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
· Knowledge of electronic and hydraulic systems beneficial
· Ability to read and understand engineering documents/drawings required
· Must be detail orientated with strong reading and analytical skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient working with Microsoft software tools, specifically Excel
· Familiarity using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (adobe Creative Cloud) and ability to learn new software applications.
· Experience with AS400, MAPICS and EzParts would be considered an asset.

Parts Analyst
As an Analyst your role will be to read and process Engineering Change documents (ECO), research bills of material, drawings, specifications, and technical data and prepare documents for EzParts online catalogue updates. This is a key role within the Service Parts department.
Key Responsibilities
· Review and process engineering change documents (ECOs) to identify new or updated service parts to maintain accurate online electronic catalogue (EzParts).
· Research bills of materials, cross reference drawings, specifications and technical data to determine service parts catalogue requirements with focus on accuracy.
· Manipulate and update illustrations from engineering documents to upload to catalogue.
· Provide technical support to assist Service Parts personnel and Versatile dealers
· Perform general tasks, such as resolving work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports as requested by management
· Interact with engineering and Shop Specialists to ensure information is accurate and uniform
· Update technical information resources
· Introduce and maintain pricing data
· Participate in CI (continuous improvement) activities and ongoing skills development
