Job Requirements of Inside Sales Coordinator:
Qualifications:
· University/College degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field.
· Three to five years of previous admin support experience.
- Previous sales experience
· Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office
· Experience in Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar. Highly adaptable at learning new software.
· Previous administrative support experience with an expertise in Excel and reporting
· Above average skills in Excel. Experience with AS400 is an asset
· Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is a great asset
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Analytical and detailed person
· Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
· High level of drive and initiative
· Strong time management and project management skills
· Able to work under minimal supervision
· Maintain professional attitude in challenging situations

Inside Sales Coordinator
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Support individual to join our dynamic sales department. You will be an integral part of the support team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Track dealership sales verses territory manager budgets.
· Coordinate the creation of annual sales budgets (corporate and field).
· Develop sales reports and summarize results for the executive team.
· Assist to update the Dealer Portal website as required
· Assume responsibilities of inside sales staff as requested
· Assist in entering, invoicing and changing orders.
· Draft policies and procedures as required by the sales department.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive sales
