We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Order Desk Representative to join our team and help ensure that our customers receive the parts they need promptly and accurately.
Job Summary:
The Parts Order Desk Representative will play a key role in handling incoming customer orders for parts, ensuring accurate order processing, and providing excellent customer service. This position involves working closely with our Dealer Network, sales teams, and warehouse personnel to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders for parts via phone, email, and online systems.
- Verify product availability, confirm order details, and provide pricing information.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product availability, shipping status, and order tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of orders.
- Ensure orders are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and product-related issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
