Job Requirements of Sales Representative - Agricultural equipment:
Qualifications:
· Post-secondary education is preferred
· Five or more years of agricultural equipment sales knowledge
· Proven sales experience of agricultural equipment
· Several years of prospecting and cold calling experience.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
· Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (valid driver’s license required).
· Passport or able to obtain for times when attending meetings or training at the Canadian Headquarters.

Sales Representative - Agricultural equipment
About Us:
At Buhler Industries Inc. we are a provider of high-quality farm implements under the brand name of Farm King. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Territory Sales Rep to join our dynamic team to help us expand our presence across the southern part of the country. The ideal location for a Rep to reside in the state of Texas. Territory will include TX, OK, AR, LA.
A vehicle, laptop, cell phone and expense card are provided. We are looking for someone who knows the dealer network and understands the agricultural equipment industry.
As a Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and building relationships with current and prospective Dealers. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities within the states mentioned.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales & Relationship Building: Actively identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
· Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our agricultural equipment offerings to confidently demonstrate and recommend the best solutions to customers.
· Customer Consultations: Meet with Dealers to assess their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions to improve their sales operations.
· Travel & Territory Management: Manage a defined sales territory, traveling regularly to visit Dealers, attend trade shows, and promote our products.
· Sales Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Report on sales forecasts and performance regularly.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
· Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
