Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Coordinate communication with the dealer network and field sales staff.

· Track dealership sales verses territory manager budgets.

· Coordinate the creation of annual sales budgets (corporate and field).

· Develop sales reports and summarize results for the executive team.

· Manage dealer agreements and ensure dealership documentation is up to date and complete.

· Coordinate new dealer sign ups, and dealership account closures.

· Collaborate on the development of sales programs.

· Review sales programs with territory managers and dealers to insure full understanding.

· Coordinate with internal IT departments to assist and improve sales software.

· Assist to update the dealer portal website as needed.

· Assume responsibilities of inside sales staff as required.

· Assist in entering, invoicing and changing orders and follow procedures to ensure order accuracy.

· Maintain the dealer contact management system.

· Assist in responding to inquiries from the Versatile website.

· Coordinate training for sales department new hires.

· Draft policies and procedures as required by the sales department.

· Assist the V.P. Sales & Marketing with high level projects and reports.

· Assist dealers with general inquiries about Versatile sales and aftermarket business.

· Organize dealer and sales events, coordinating venue, travel, and business agendas.

· Other projects that may be assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:


· University/College degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field preferred

· Three to five years of previous sales support experience

· Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is a great asset

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Working knowledge of agriculture and agricultural equipment is an asset

· Mechanical/technical aptitude is an asset

· Strong analytical skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office

· Experience in Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel; Experience with AS400 is an asset

· Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

· High level of drive and initiative

· Strong time management and project management skills

· Able to work under minimal supervision

· Maintain professional attitude in challenging situations

· Able to grasp and understand abstract ideas and concepts

· Goal oriented and able to thrive in a team environment
